WELCOME
Welcome to our Website. The City of Dunedin Pipe Band, from the Tampa Bay area of Florida, fields a premier competitive Grade II pipe band registered with the Southern United States Pipe Band Asscociation. We are the only grade II pipe band in the SUSPBA, and one of only a handful of bands of this caliber in the eastern region of the United States. We also field a Grade IVA competition band. Our organization was formed in 1964 and currently, our membership numbers over 50.
NEW HAMPSHIRE HIGHLAND GAMES The City of Dunedin Pipe Band will be traveling to the New Hampshire Highland Games located in Lincoln, New Hampshire. The games will be held at the Loon Mountain Resort on September 20th and 21st, 2008. Come out and show your support!

P&D INTERVIEW WITH PIPE MAJOR SANDY KEITH:
Since the early 1980's, Sandy Keith has been the instructor and director of the piping program at Dunedin High School on Florida's gorgeous Gulf Coast. Employed by the City of Dunedin, Keith has built the program to the point where it supports five bands (including Grade II City of Dunedin Pipe Band), dozens of soloists, and hundreds who have learned pipping and drumming through the system. Indeed, thanks cheifly to Sandy Keith's efforts, central Florida is a hotbed of emerging piping and drumming talent.
